Firstly we’ll have an informal chat about exactly what you need and when you need it, and find the right plan for your business. After this call you’ll have a comprehensive understanding of how our service works, what to expect from collaborating with us, and the various pricing plans available.
Our pricing is structured per designer and scales based on the type of work you require. We also offer a discount system, reducing costs the longer you stay with us.
When you’re ready to join, simply visit the pricing page, select your plan, and click “Get Started.”
Once you’ve signed up, we’ll set up your Trello board and send login instructions where you can begin submitting requests to your designers immediately.
No Long Winded Onboarding
At Design Idol, we prioritise efficiency and simplicity in our onboarding process. We aim to get you up and running swiftly, without lengthy onboarding sessions.
Once you’ve signed up to the right plan, we immediately set up your project board via Trello and send you an invitation. This user-friendly system is designed to get you started quickly, allowing you to begin receiving your designs as soon as the next day.
Submitting Your Design Requests
Adding your designs is super simple.
Upload all required brand assets to your PROJECT board.
Load up your TODO list with all your design projects in order of importance.
You will see your active project on your IN PROGRESS board
When you’re happy with your design simply move it to your COMPLETED board.
Working With Your Designer
We make communication with your designer as easy as possible. Your designer will be available between 9:00am and 5:30pm.
Trello: You can leave any messages regarding your design work via your Trello board. It’s a simple way to add comments and more details about your project.
Telephone: It may be difficult to explain complex design work via Trello, so you can have direct access to your designer to discuss your requirements in more detail.
Email: You can contact your designer by email at any time regarding your projects.
